I have unfortunate newst to share with you.  The CIT Vice President, Cindy Farnham, has decided to resign from her position because she could not meet CIT’s time commitments.  I have talked with Parliamentarian Libby Pollard and the Board has read our Bylaws carefully.  I understand that the President will appoint a new member to take the Vice President’s position; it is in process now.
