I wanted to take the opportunity to explain what we have been doing here this weekend; it hasn’t been all fun and games! The CIT Board, with the exception of two members who couldn’t make it, flew in to work on perfecting our new Bylaws, and making revisions to our strategic plans (which will be sent out to you shortly). The PPM was also revised, as changes were made to the older Bylaws. It took quite a bit of time and effort to work on this. Lastly, we worked on fine-tuning some conference plans. October is quickly approaching! Come; enjoy beautiful Kentucky with us, as beautiful as you see here.
