Hello, I have something to tell you. I came here to Tucson, Arizona for the Strategic Planning meetings and I invited Dr. Nancy Amann, who is specialist in Deaf Education. She has a passion for the education of Deaf children. The reason I invited her is because, as an outsider, she is neutral person. She is very familiar with the strategic planning systems of other organizations and businesses. As an outsider, she learned about CIT and she also gave us her perspective and feedback about the organization.
I really want to thank all Board members for being inspired to work on the new strategic planning. We just started to process the planning and you will see the brief strategic planning periodically. Look for it! Thank you for watching.
