• Discussion of new email system going to member’s spam folders.

• Discussion of Bylaws revisions and amendments proposed by membership.

Secretary

1. Approval of April Minutes – voted via email.
2. Discussion of ordering CIT water bottles to sell at conference.

Treasurer – no report

Professional Development

1. Conference updates. 94 registered attendees to date. Discussion of conference report.
2. Discussion of open positions for the Board if the Bylaws change is passed.
3. Discussion of sponsoring organizations.

Communications

• Discussion of communications about scholarships and awards.
• Discussion of website management and changes. Board needs to be able to edit. Emails to auto-upload to Facebook if possible.

Motions
Minor/Jenny – Motion to order 25 water bottles to sell. Passed unanimously.
