My name is Leslie Greer, and I am President of the Conference of Interpreter Trainers (CIT). Holly Nelson, Program Book Chair, and myself, would like to extend an invitation to advertise in the program booklet for the 35th Conference of the CIT, “Our Roots, the Essence of Our Future.” Advertising with CIT will support the organization and will promote your ad to nearly 500 interpreter educators, mentors and trainers. There is no better way to ensure your advertisement will make it into the hands of so many talented people.
The following is a breakdown of advertisement rates:
- Quarter Page Ads $150 (5 x 3.5 ads must be portrait orientation)
- Half Page Ads $250 (7 x 5 ads must be landscape orientation)
- Full Page Ads $400 (10 x 7 ads can be either portrait or landscape)
All ads will be printed in black/white, unless a request for premium ad space is made. This ad space is very limited. To request premium space, or color ads, contact me at president@cit-asl.org.
Ads can be saved in PDF, EPS, or AI file formats. If using PDF or EPS, please save them as high, print quality sizes (sized accurately at 300 DPI- if they are smaller images that need to be expanded, they will need to be greater than 300 DPI, such as 600 DPI).
To guarantee ad space in the program book, payment must be made, and files received no later than September 30, 2014.
